Yes. The entire JobOnIt platform is free to use during the launch period — for employers and for workers.

The launch period is running now, and we have not fixed how long it lasts. We will announce the end at least 30 days in advance, so nobody is surprised by a price.

Publish at least one job while the launch period is running. Your first successful job publication earns your employer account a Lifetime Free Membership. Creating an account is not enough on its own, and a draft or a job that fails to save does not count.

Everything. JobOnIt stays free for that employer account forever, including every feature we add later, and it can never be taken away — closing, finishing or deleting the job that earned it changes nothing. If we ever pass on a genuine third-party cost, such as a paid background check from an outside provider, that is not a JobOnIt platform fee.

After the launch period ends, employers without a Lifetime Free Membership pay the standard US$1.00 per posted work hour. Workers never pay to find work.

One posted work hour is one scheduled hour for one worker. It comes from the job schedule: workers × scheduled days or shifts × hours. For example: 2 workers × 5 days × 8 hours = 80 posted work hours, which is US$80.00 at the standard rate. It is not counted from confirmed or actually worked hours, and it is not the worker's pay.

The platform is free during the launch period. Payment details will be announced before paid pricing begins.
