Description

Support a catering kitchen preparing several November events. You will wash and portion produce, assemble cold items from recipe cards, organize ingredients in covered pans, label and date prepared food, receive clean equipment and keep the prep benches ready for the next task. Basic knife skills and food-safety awareness are expected. Aprons, gloves and hair restraints are supplied; bring closed non-slip shoes and be ready for a firm morning start and a clearly timed prep list.
