Thanksgiving Banquet Service Crew

Work a Thanksgiving banquet from room setup through the final reset. The crew will polish and set tables, attend a pre-service briefing, deliver plated courses to assigned sections, replenish water, clear between courses and return the ballroom to the closing layout. A floor captain coordinates every service step. Previous banquet or plated-service experience is preferred. Bring black trousers, a white long-sleeve shirt and closed black shoes; the venue supplies an apron and tie at check-in.
