Vacation Rental Turnover Assistant

Prepare coastal rental apartments between departing and arriving guests. Working from a photo checklist, you will change linens, clean the bathroom and kitchen, restock guest supplies, check dishes, sweep the balcony and take completion photographs for the property coordinator. Supplies and clean linen are stored on site. The turnaround window is fixed, so arriving on time and following the checklist in order are essential. Previous housekeeping experience helps, but the coordinator demonstrates the expected room standard before the first unit.
